Hi everyone.

Its the new year! And according to Lim Guan Eng it will be a better year than before.

I just wanted to let you all know, since this is a class blog after all, that I am going off to Uplands! ok oops. not goin off la...just wanted to SHOCK you into thinking i'm goin away. XP worry not! i'll still b here in penang :) haha...yea. Never imagined me as an international school student eh? But true as it is, i'm in! got a 50% scholarship!!! WHEEEEEE HOOOO.......and i'm starting this Wednesday! *ugh....suddenly goin to uplands feels lik not such a good idea. but still! no regrets! I GO!*

HELP ME UPDATE MYSELF! DAMMIT!

oh. congrats to all who got scholarships!!! and em......prayers to all who don't know where to go. hahahha....not like u all don't have a plan right? :P

anyway.......this is my prayer for you all as my classmates, for some a maximum of 5 years and for the rest what seems lik 5 years :) I hope that the stress of school, and the burden of workload will not suppress your vibrant youthfulness that inspired me to WILLINGLY become your monitor. I succumbed to this position only because I knew who I would be taking charge of, that is, a group of friends with an unceasing zest for life, TOO MUCH energy and alot of heart. Thank you for giving me the oppurtunity to feel like the mother of 36 hyper children emm....although sometimes I felt as though you guys lead me more :) Thank you for being there to encourage me when you didn't even know I was down. Thank you for NOT COOPERATING or em.....should I say testing and reinforcing my leadership abilities? hehe. Thank you for making me feel like I fit into the class. Thank you for helping me with Chinese HAHA. Thank you for listening and thank you for learning.

I feel sad writing this, knowing I won't get to see most of you for a long time, knowing that our ways are parting and the paths we take only bring us further apart. But somehow above the sadness, I feel a sense of pride. As I said before SPM, we can. I've seen it, experienced it and know it. As much as we stress the fact that we are unprepared for the future, we are more prepared in almost all ways compared to others. I'm not denying it. I actually feel happy going to school next wednesday LOL.

went on the crazy shopping trip in prangin mall
worked our asses off for grad night
shower danced! *giggle
ate in class during the days before spm
the hamper was so hugee what could we do but eat? (uhm jojo i hope you never, ever read this)
& lots more, no doubt.

we shared something special, & i'm glad fate brought us together.
'cos year 2008 definitely wouldn't have been so memorable without all of you.

There you go people!! I'm so efficient right? Posted this as soon as possible. *beams*

Here's our Add Math teacher!

He LITERALLY saved most of us from the disastrous fate of FAILING Add Maths.

He loves to TORTURE us by making us do 4 hours 30 mins work in just 2 HOURs! (well for me it's a torture but I think its a different story for Add Maths freaks like HUI ERN. =P)

He loves to remind us about simple and petty stuff (like checking for divisible fractions, blahblahblah..) when we're frantically churning our brains to answer the MOUNTAINS of questions he threw at us, which we (or 'I' coz I think it might only be me >.<) sometimes tend to turn on deaf ears but most of the time never fails to warm our hearts. =)

But what makes me feel certain that we'll NEVER EVER forget him is that

He's got a special (but CUTE) tendency to say 'Check it out'.

He says 'Laappeuuu' instead of W.

He's got an OVERWHELMING ASTOUNDING STAGGERING passion for Add Maths which fuels our determination when we feel like giving up.

He gets excited easily when he comes to the 'climax' of his explanation and kind of used his hands as duster.

Then he ended up smudging our papers with blue ink. (I have his fingerprints in MOST of my papers!!! yay! )

And then, he smudges his own face with ink when he subconciously uses his hands to wipe his face.

And then and then, he makes us suffer from stomachache because we were trying SOO hard not to laugh out loud.

ARRRGHHHHH!! I feel like pinching his face! NOW! HE'S SO CUTE!!!! >.<

AND... most importantly,

He's our BEST Add Maths teacher ever!!

I personally like this one the best! It's one of the best shots i think. You know lah my sister was sitting at quite a distance, & with you all moving around shaking your bodies like professional dancers, its very hard to capture nice pictures.

you know what? my mum was talking to puan chan that day (gohgi's mum, HAHA as if you all dont know) then my mum said, ehhh just now the dance, where all the girls wore red one, was the BEST dance. OMGOMG i said MY CLASS LAH. then puan chan said S5A lah!! and then puan chan said our beloved S5A is so very different from the previous years. =D and of course in a good way!!
