Its the new year! And according to Lim Guan Eng it will be a better year than before.
I just wanted to let you all know, since this is a class blog after all, that I am going off to Uplands!
ok oops. not goin off la...just wanted to SHOCK you into thinking i'm goin away. XP worry not! i'll still b here in penang :) haha...yea. Never imagined me as an international school student eh? But true as it is, i'm in! got a 50% scholarship!!! WHEEEEEE HOOOO.......and i'm starting this Wednesday! *ugh....suddenly goin to uplands feels lik not such a good idea. but still! no regrets! I GO!*

oh. congrats to all who got scholarships!!! and em......prayers to all who don't know where to go. hahahha....not like u all don't have a plan right? :P
anyway.......this is my prayer for you all as my classmates, for some a maximum of 5 years and for the rest what seems lik 5 years :) I hope that the stress of school, and the burden of workload will not suppress your vibrant youthfulness that inspired me to
WILLINGLY become your monitor. I succumbed to this position only because I knew who I would be taking charge of, that is, a group of friends with an unceasing zest for life, TOO MUCH energy and alot of heart. Thank you for giving me the oppurtunity to feel like the mother of 36 hyper children
emm....although sometimes I felt as though you guys lead me more :) Thank you for being there to encourage me when you didn't even know I was down. Thank you for NOT COOPERATING or em.....should I say testing and reinforcing my leadership abilities? hehe. Thank you for making me feel like I fit into the class. Thank you for helping me with Chinese HAHA. Thank you for listening and thank you for learning.
I feel sad writing this, knowing I won't get to see most of you for a long time, knowing that our ways are parting and the paths we take only bring us further apart. But somehow above the sadness, I feel a sense of pride. As I said before SPM, we can. I've seen it, experienced it and know it. As much as we stress the fact that we are unprepared for the future, we are more prepared in almost all ways compared to others. I'm not denying it. I actually feel happy going to school next wednesday LOL.
